What we collect
When you book or ask for a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property postcode, the type of work you need, your preferred date and time, and any details you choose to tell us about the job.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, arrange and carry out the work, send you quotes, invoices and certificates, and keep records we are required to keep. We will not sell your information.
Marketing
We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, or if you are a business we reasonably believe may be interested in our services. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep job records and certificates for as long as needed for safety, warranty and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after a reasonable period.
Who we share it with
Our website and forms are provided by Wix, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Where a tenant books a repair, we may share relevant details with the landlord or letting agent to arrange access and payment.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@lutahelectrical.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
