Is your rental property's EICR in date?
In England, private landlords must have the electrics in their rented properties inspected and tested at least every five years.

Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of London, including North, South, East and West London. If you're just outside, ask us anyway.
Do you do emergency call-outs?
Yes. For anything urgent, please call 07384 880504 rather than booking online so we can respond as quickly as possible.
How much will it cost?
See our price list: EICRs from £149 and call-outs from £75. We always confirm the price with you before any work starts.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. We're NICEIC registered. Work is tested and certified to the current wiring regulations (BS 7671), and you'll receive the right certificate or report for the job.
I'm a tenant. Can I book?
Yes. For repairs your landlord is responsible for, we're happy to work with your landlord or letting agent to arrange access and payment.
Do you work with letting agents and housing providers?
Yes, it's a big part of what we do. We handle EICRs, remedials and reactive repairs across portfolios. See our landlord services.
